During my recent visit to Photo Shop Studio I had an unfortunate encounter with the owner, and it left me quite disappointed. The gentleman (who appeared to me to be the owner) provided customer service that was far from welcoming. When I inquired about the ND filter I was considering purchasing, I felt as though I was an inconvenience to him. His demeanor gave me the impression that he had little time for customer inquiries, almost as if he felt my questions were insignificant and his time was better spent on other matters. As a customer, I believe in the importance of a positive shopping experience and helpful, approachable service. My hope is that this feedback encourages the shop to consider the impact of each customer interaction, as it plays a significant role in the overall shopping experience.

Good shop.. great mix of reasonably priced items.. they are generous with their time.. I love supporting Sydneys independent retailers.. being able to walk in & touch, test, look at stock before you buy is old skool 'gold dust'.. saves all the back & forth, time wasted with online purchases, which I seem to have a lot of bad luck with. Thanks guys. ✌️

Absolute legends, I ordered a large umbrella at about 11am by 11:30 I had been notified by the courier and at 9am the next day it was delivered. That is what I call perfect service. Thank you Photo Shop Studio.

Went in to get a replacement battery. Nice friendly staff. Wanted to say "hello" to Johan Weste but was informed that he has retired to Taree !!!!! Happy retirement mate!

Came across this place as I was looking for a new carbon fibre tripod. I'm always skeptical when it comes to photography stores I haven't heard of before, especially when their prices are heavily reduced compared to their competition. I sent an email asking if the tripod I wanted was in stock as I needed it ASAP, I received a quick reply & I ordered the tripod on the sunday. I then received a message Monday morning that my item had been dispatched and received it Thursday. Even with the lockdowns happening at the moment, they had great service and were very quick with dispatching the item. From first impressions, I recommend these guys and hope to use them again in the future.
